I give this location a 5 Star's. I had been looking to purchase some Vantor Crewneck Tees. Seen them online, purchased a shirt and did curbside pickup. I thought it was really cool that they commuted with me not only by phone but by TEXT!! The following day I received a follow up text asking if I liked my purchase and if there was any issues. I found that to be very personal and excellent customer service. Following that day, I received another text. I shop here often, unfortunately I had a very rude cashier Susy. She refused to ring us up simply because she was in a bad mood & didn't greet customers.The manager was right next to her & allowed her to walk out on us while we were standing card in hand to pay. Looked like they might have been friends. I usually come to this store to buy a hand bag. Customer service is horrible. One girl is on the phone for about 20 mins, not acknowledging me or anyone else entering the store. I needed assistance for a tote purse that was high on the shelf. I walked throughout the store and the girl that was on the phone was no where to be found. As I’m leaving 2 girls appear in the front.
