Had a horrible experience when I bought a jersey for a birthday boy. After I left the store, I realized I had spent much more than I had planned. So, less than 30 minutes later, I tried to return the item but was told that I could only get credit, not a refund. In other words, I am forced to spend money at this store, where there is nothing I want to buy. And I didn't even get a gift card that perhaps I could give to someone else. As I told the 2 managers at the store. I was going to write a review about the poor service received. I was not approach to see if I needed assistance. After when I approached them to pay they didnt even greeted me. I had to go get my card from my car came back and both the man and woman said to be the manager were not friendly at all.
