Donât come here unless you want a lopsided suit and are seeking dishonest salesmanship. My fiancĂŠ and are getting married in 12 days. He wanted to purchase a tuxedo for the wedding. First sign of trouble, Menâs Warehouse didnât measure him correctly. He took the shirt measurements they gave him and went to buy a tuxedo shirt at a different store and the sales rep insisted on remeasuring him. Menâs Warehouse was multiple sizes off. Then my fiancĂŠ went to pick up his tux. The sleeves were totally lopsided. One was too long, one was wayyyy too short. They offered no apology, promised no way to make up for the error, and said come back in 2 days. When my fiancĂŠ booked the groomâs party suit rentals through Menâs Warehouse they offered a promo that gave the groom $250 towards in-store purchases. My fiancĂŠ went to pay for his items and they said that the promo only applied within 14 days of the wedding and the wedding was 15 days away. Refused to budge for one day. So he goes back to pick up his tux, this time it fit at least, but they STILL wonât give him the $250 promotion! This time their excuse was that theyâd have to call headquarters for approval and they were closed (this wasnât even mentioned the first time he tried to receive it). They also offered 0 compensation for the sloppy tailoring job that resulted in hours of wasted time. Do not spend your money here. They are unapologetically sloppy...
   Read moreI will give 0 stars for this company and this location. I was the Maid of Honor and came with the groom to pick up his tux. First of all whoever measured him must have fallen asleep in the job, the pants were long, the sleeves were long, the collar was too lose, and a bunch of other stuff didnt fit. The groom tried on 3 different dress shirt and none fit him right. None! What kind of junk do they have here? The girl said "oh you'll have your suit on, it'll be fine". It IS NOT FINE, what if he wants to take then off during reception? Are you crazy?! So then the groom asked the lady to trim the pants down, she marked it with a chalk board and said to come by 2 days after. He came back 2 days after and NOTHING was done to the tux. The chalk mark was still there!! I am super disappointed at this company and this location. We got the suit 2 days before the wedding when we could have had it a week before. The staff look like they weren't happy and rather go home and sleep. They weren't patient to people who wants to make sure they are getting what they are paying for. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and if asked, I will make sure to tell my negative experience. You're in the business where looks and the fit is important, so do your job.    Read moreNot happy with the service.Had got measured ,said it would be ready in a few days ,and it was. Pick up went horrible. Now,I can see having maybe one measurement wrong but three.?The sales person by the name of Juan tried to find a shirt to fit but gave this whacked reason why they only had certain sizes and thatâs all he could do I thought I looked like some sort of Belero dancer or something. So the shirt wasnât right nor the length of pants,and yes the jacket arm length was short. Told me the jacket was to be flown in from another state that it would be in no more then 3 days hopefully.. Needless to say I actually had to call to see if arrived and it did .The one great thing of it all was the young lady working that evening of the pick up. She was very helpful and guess what ?she went to the back brought out three shirts to pick from they all were a perfect fit.! . Why Juan couldnâ handle that task is beyond me.Her name ?I donât remember but sheâs a teacher by day. Another member of the weeding also did business there I found out later about.Guess what? Yes he also had issues.For the record Iâve never filled a complaint in any form or fashion in my life this is the first.
