Absolutely TERRIBLE staff and facility. Came for a VB tournament. In the morning I came in with my water and wasn’t questioned. We forgot our daughters who is playing. When we went out to get it they stopped us coming back in. I realize these places have to make money and need to sell tickets and concessions however there are actual needs for water. Some of us have medical reasons and the kids playing need water. I shouldn’t have to BUY water from their facility in order to stay hydrated. Even concert venues let you bring in water. ITS WATER! But to be rude about it and act like it’s insane I am shocked when they allowed me to walk in with it then go out with it and tried to keep me from bringing it back in along with my daughter water is just insane. The worker looking at me literally saying “look lady I work here and I am not even allowed to bring my own water” that is ridiculous! Charge for tickets. Charge for extra things like food, coffee, soda etc. DO NOT KEEP PEOPLE FROM HAVING WATER!!!!!!! Even your employees that’s ridiculous. This place and the people who run it should do better. Add that to your ticket price if you need to. It’s ridiculous you don’t charge extra for toilet paper or to use the bathroom because it’s a basic need. WELL SO IS WATER! Attended the Holiday Market hosted by the Women's League at thus facility. The place was nice but the event, in my opinion, was poorly done. The booth fees are VERY expensive and the attendance was extremely poor. Many vendors told me they wouldn't be back. I feel the event was poorly marketed.
