Little Red Cupcake — Local services in Montgomery

I was totally disappointed in the customer service I’ve received with this company trying to place an order for an event. They were really unresponsive for weeks even after me sending several emails and calling. I sent a picture of the cupcakes and cake I wanted and the details that I was charged extra for was totally missed. I flew in from Baltimore and to pick up my order and the designs for the cupcakes were just not professional looking and almost nothing like what I requested. The Royal rattle on the cake I sent was replaced with a baby bottle without even reaching out to me to confirm the change. We don’t have a baby bottle anywhere in our baby shower theme!!! A 10% refund is a terrible fix and truly insulting. They charged me 10% in tax! So I’m essentially just getting refunded what I paid in taxes and not they mistakes made on the actual designs. And while I understand taking creative liberties to make designs your own, I am angry with the product I’ve received. I don’t like the cupcakes AT ALL! They didn’t start replying to my emails working out specifics of my order until 2 days before my event and I reached out to them 5 week ago. I do not recommend this company. If it weren’t for me needing a cake for my friends baby shower, I wouldn’t asked for my $285 back! They weren’t prepared for my order but gladly took my money. Hands down my new go to company for all sweets! The level of professionalism they have is impeccable! Last minute I needed some treats for my mom's 60th birthday. They made it happen w/ no hiccups! ANY questions or concerns I had, they responded within hours! I was able to choose a design, flavors, setup delivery for Prattville and pay -all while being 4 states away. We were looking for a bakery just for a treat while we visited the Hank Williams museum and this bakery was near so we decided to stop. What a lucky day for us today visit this cupcake place!
