Wingfingers — Restaurant in Montgomery

Place was horrible. My co-workers talked about how good the chicken fingers were. I get there and they are out of fingers and only have wings and burgers left. It's hard to mess up wings or so I thought. The waiter and the cashier both had horrible attitudes.

For $14 bucks I received 6 wings and 14 fries (yes I counted them). I came to try out the food, but instead I received bad service and worst food. The wings had no seasoning and the sauce, I'm not sure if it was more butter or just plain grease either way it sucked. The buffalo wings were just pieces of chicken no buffalo sauce other than the bottom of the plate.

I won't return. I won't pay for horrible service and horrible food.

Went back and tried them again. The manager I think she said everyone calls her Mrs. D, but I'm going to call her Mama D because those grits I had tasted like my grannies, that French toast and sausage was delicious. DeDe or BeBe was the attendants name or CSR and she was super awesome. Mama D made the entire 2nd experience AWESOME. Food was worth every penny. Will have to try...

I have been twice. The first time the food was great. I did not have any issues then. However, I went back yesterday because of how great it was my first time and unfortunately the food was awful. The chicken seemed to have sat out for a while before they gave it to me. The chicken was soggy and the fries were also soggy and cold. I also asked for two sauces to be mixed on my chicken and they did not do that because of course they gave me old buffalo chicken and stuck the Carolina Gold in a container next to the chicken. I wanted my two sauces MIXED on my chicken. Keep in mind, I did not call my order in; I placed it at the counter and they brought it out to me in at least 5 minutes. Last but not least, I was given the end piece of the BBQ Bread Loaf which is of course a huge NO. I was unable to eat all of the food and my stomach has been uneasy ever since I ate it. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with the food here. The first issue was with the breakfast plate that I order. I received a half scoop of grits and one runny half cooked scrambled egg, and two slices of bacon (which was fine). On this visit, I ordered the grilled chicken finger bowl. I asked for the rice and sauce on the side. They gave me 2 bowls of rice a half scoop of vegetables and 2 of the smallest tenders they could find. I use to really like this restaurant, but if I’m going to spend $9 on lunch at least give me a nice portion. And when I took it back, they were not trying to understand or take anything I was saying.
