The visit at Jerusalem Restaurant was a truly uplifting experience, Ghraẽs was exceptionally kind and informative, helping us navigate the menu options for our first visit there and the food was authentically delicious!!! As soon as I savored the food, it was love at first bite, and I was so caught up in the moment, I forgot to capture a photo, but I had the pleasure of indulging in the chicken and beef shawerma on a bed of yellow rice, accompanied by hummus and veggies on the side, a true masterpiece of flavors. My partner, being vegan, had the falafel, veggie samosa, fatoosh salad, humus, and a Toboleh salad on the side, and we were both thoroughly impressed by the exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and warm hospitality Jerusalem provided!!! This is indeed a gem, right here in Montgomery!!! Now that I have discovered this treasure, I will be a regular visitor!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SATISFYING MY TASTE BUDS!!!! Love!!! Love!!!...

Truly excellent food. The best Middle Eastern I have had, and my wife who spent many years in London and is very experienced in this cuisine, absolutely loved it. Obviously all superb quality ingredients, and masterfully prepared.

Do know it's not an "ambience" restaurant. You are getting superb food at a great value for what you are getting, but not the whole "atmosphere" thing. Basic and clean, and quick service too.

The lamb chop dish was amazing as was the hummus and kibbeh. Very highly recommended. Even the rice was amazing, and how do you do that?? (I think a generous amount of high quality saffron was used but that can't be the whole story.)

There is a sauce provided on the meats that is absolutely delicious. I was glad to have every drop, however my wife (watching calories) will ask for it on the side the next time and use just a little. That is the only thing I could even begin to find to put as anything to...

WORTH IT! This is a small and uncomplicated operation with the owners trying to give you the best meal for your buck.

I ordered the mixed grill - All three meats, lamb, beef, chicken all cooked and seasoned well. The rice - fantastic! The hummus was smooth and amazing.

No doubt the owners are bringing their cooking traditions to you, as the customer. I loved how my meal took me back to eating local offerings in various places throughout the Middle East. That connection and familiarity is what makes this food shine.

Some may criticize the location, a so-called overpriced drink, but I see none of that. I recognized aspiring entrepreneurs trying their hardest to offer Mediterranean/Middle Eastern fare to Montgomery.
