Whataburger — Restaurant in Montgomery

Every single item on my order was messed up. (Except the apple pies). For instance... I ordered extra meat patty on jalapeño burger (#4)...did not receive. Also extra cheese...not granted. My French fries tasted great. But who ever packed them made sure to pit them upside down in the bag! On the next burger we asked mayo,pickles and lettuce only. I stead received ONLY tomatoes! Also ordered add cheese. Only one burger had cheese. Yet was charged for 2 extra cheese. The 3rd hand burger was great....if it was what I ordered... BUT WASNT. I PAYED FOR A SWT AND SPICY BACON BURGER. all I got was a burger w no bacon. Lastly...something was wrong with the 2 teas. I usually can drink the hole cup. But it tasted like cigarette ash. And my coworker also agreed that there was something wrong w flavor. Ashy. Gross. WHATABURGER has always been my favorite place to get real beef and the taste of texas as I call it. As I grew up in texas and right down the road in corpus christ tx. And have dined at their first diner and proud to see the food chain spreading throughout the country. I travel all over with my job. Litterly have never had a mistake at a wataburger with my orders ever since I was a child. So, I won't stop being loyal. But my order last night made me realize whoever took my order or made my food must have just not listened or cared enough to do it right.

Not on the plus side of things..this location is one of the cleanest I've seen in the country. Even at the drive through window ... I could see the floors were spotless. I also noticed they had a whole baseball team standing in line. So I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed. Maybe I should've just dined else where. Maybe. They simply handed me the wrong bag. IDK. I've attached the receipt. So people can see how much money I spent to not...

They lines are long & slowest ever: day,afternoon evening,afternoon or night,24/7. They are slower than slower. Clear your schedule because you would be in line for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Dine in or dining out.

Uh just adding on, well recently, went here and two lane open and went to the second one , proceeded to sit, third car in line as waiting, I got up to the last car, then a young girl approached me an said what is your name on your order? I’m like I didn’t even order, so she was get the other girl to take my order as so I thought. Anyway both of them approached my car and said I have to go back around in the line and I’m like thinking you could’ve took my order instead talking all of this, going back in line all the way around. So yeah I drove off;😁

🤦🏾‍♀️Again y’all don’t disappoint at all, took my order, and wanted large size, got it, want onion rings , but got fries instead and wanted dr.pepper and got root beer and another do you think burgers should automatically come with cheese without telling it to them 🤨 just my opinion 🤷🏾‍♀️

Back again, y’all should automatically add cheeeeeeeeeeeseeeeee towards your burgers because without cheeeeeeeseeee you just would have a burger to add, you got that “add” on to a burger, damnit! 😤🙄

August of 2023: nothing really changed, I have two incidents. One, they forgot the cheese and when went back they put a slice of cheese in a container and try to handing to me, I know damn well y’all not trying hand me that cheese, I wanna fresh one. Second, they couldn’t understand my order, which is I wanted avocado, but gave me extra pickles, I know damn well they are both green, but how did you get mixed up, and plus I didn’t want anything extra of anything, like damn cannot get anything right. Y’all have gone down , real real real bad....

My first time at a Whataburger and I was very disappointed. I'd heard great things about the chain but that didn't happen at this location. I suppose since it was empty on a Saturday night at 6 pm after opening only a few months ago, I should have known better. When we walked in, two employees were sitting at the counter eating and yelling back to the kitchen to have additional food brought out. When we went to get our drinks, one of them pushed past us to take the last of the napkins out of the dispenser. No excuse me or anything. Our food arrived lukewarm and while I had ordered the cheeseburger, it came with bacon and loose mushrooms in the wrapper. I got water from the fountain drink dispenser and it tasted like well water. The salt packets given by the server were wet and the salt was clumped inside. I got the same wet packets from the container by the fountain drinks. The employees continued their loud conversation with the kitchen staff and numerous employees came out and sat with them. The floor was sticky as if it had been mopped with dirty water. I saw 100 on the health inspection but it must have been when they first opened. The bathroom was appalling and obvious no one cared about it's condition for health, safety or customer experience. We also saw a fender bender in the parking lot. The woman started to drive away until my boyfriend got out and looked at her. She then pulled into a parking space and went inside. I hope she told the person what happened and didn't just use the restroom. I won't be going back to this particular Whataburger and based on the empty tables tonight,...
