Spencer's — Local services in Montgomery

I was very disappointed that’s all I can say. I went into Spencer’s looking for shirts that I desperately needed and I bought five that I absolutely loved. When I got home and tried them on, the inside of the shirts were a disgusting and cheap material that I could not stand. I decided to take them back and when I had bought them I payed $15 that was on a gift card and the rest in cash which was $80+. This was already way more money that I was expecting to pay which I also didn’t really have the money to pay that much but I did. So I took them back and got all of the money on gift cards which I didn’t need since the making of the shirts were poor quality. I asked them why this was and all they could say is it was there policy but didn’t tell me anything about it when I payed. I wanted the corporate number but I had already left so I called them and nobody answered it was just a automatic voice. So now I’m sitting here with $100+ dollars of gift cards that I don’t need when what I need is...

I think this Spencer's is very small and doesn't have the selection that most Spencer's have. It was also very very brightly lit and just didnt have the normal cool trendy vibe that comes with shopping at Spencers. The store was also very disorganized and so locked up you had to wait 30 minutes just to get someone with a key to come let you see something. I think they could do so...

This place has been in Eastdale Mall forever and still has a great assortment of funny, silly and fun gifts. The store has a little the of R rated stuff which is great for adults but better to leave your younger kids outside, not to mention they will knock over everything because it's pretty packed.
