"I recently shopped at Winn-Dixie and had a fantastic experience that I just have to share. This store really stands out for its commitment to freshness, especially in the produce and bakery departments. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant and fresh, rivaling even specialty stores in quality.
The bakery section was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of bread, pastries, and custom cakes that seemed freshly baked right there. I was particularly impressed by their specialty health food section, which had a great selection of organic and gluten-free options.
Customer service was another area where Winn-Dixie shined. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me locate some hard-to-find ingredients for a recipe. The store was clean and well-organized, making my shopping trip quick and efficient.
Pricing at Winn-Dixie is very reasonable, with plenty of weekly deals that really save you money. They also offer a loyalty program that provides additional discounts and promotions, which I highly recommend joining.
All in all, Winn-Dixie offers a great shopping experience with excellent products, friendly service, and competitive prices. Definitely a go-to grocery store for...
Read moreFast Forward 2 years: Nothing has changed much. I was charged over THIRTY DOLLARS for 2 packages of cherries. I'm not kidding. This place is still too expensive. The cherries didn't have a tag on the shelf, so I figured they would be about $5 package like most other stores. Nope! They go by weight, but it's pre-packaged.
Again, nobody spoke to me except the cashier who was nice. But I didn't get a receipt because she had to bag my groceries as well as ring me up. The store looks nice and is clean, but the layout is a little weird. I don't think a pack of Mt Dew bottles is worth $5.99 when WM sells them for $2.75.
The bread section was blocked by boxes. There was very little milk because they were redoing the milk section. Why not do these things at night? Their card program isn't really fair. If you don't have a card, you pay a lot more for some items. Dumb.
From 2 years ago: The only people who spoke to me were a vendor and the cashier. There were lots of employees stocking but they all pretended not to see me. I rarely shop at Winn Dixie because they are expensive and the selection is mediocre. This location is pretty bad. If I'm going to spend this much on groceries, I might as well go...
