When I initially dropped a bag off to be monogrammed the associate was very friendly and helpful. I was told it would take no later than a week. 9 days later, after I made contact they texted me maybe 15 mins later to inform me the bag was ready for pick; okay, no big deal just a couple days off. I go pick up the bag and the monogram colors were wrong. The letters were supposed to be pink (which they are correct) but the hearts in between the letters were supposed to be gold. I initially said, âawww, the hearts were supposed to be gold!â (I said this in the nicest calm way because I was honestly sad it wasnât what I expected). The associate (which was a different lady from when I dropped it off) said âohâ in the driest tone. So I just stood there because I was waiting on her to actually acknowledge it. She went back to cutting a piece of paper or whatever she was cutting. So I repeated it!!! She blatantly ignored me. I asked for the original slipped, she gave it to me and I pointed out where it clearly said hearts in gold! This lady still just stood there.    Read moreI have used Embellish for a few years now and always been satisfied with the quality and customer service. I had a back pack monogrammed which was frankly done poorly. There are gaps in the stitching and visible holes in the backpack. The stiching is uneven. When i pointed this out to the girl working the register she went to the back and came back with someone who merely dismissed my concerns by saying it's suppose to look this way. When i asked for a manager i was told no one was there. Again i express the unsatisfactory work and i was told "oh well you signed off on it", and that nothing would be done, i already paid for it. I wish i could attach a photo of this horrible monogram. If i had known the quality would have been this poor i could have done this with my single needle machine at home.
