It's a well lit space with lots of places to go sit and enjoy a smoke. Several rooms with Tv's on different programming so there are choices available for patrons. The staff is always on point with some of them downright gregarious and a genuine place to transact a purchase or ask about products. The establishment caters to a higher end clientele and the cigars are all a bit on the pricey side. This isn't a knock on the store. It is what it sets out to be. No charge to stay in and smoke, and I was handed a bottle of water at no charge upon request. I wanted to smoke alone that particular day, found a well lit unoccupied room and gladly kept to myself. People did walk in and talked amongst themselves, which of course was not a bother. I don't always enjoy the lounges that are setup to encourage everyone talking. The large establishment appears very much like a gentlemens club in which to retreat to, select a fine cigar, sink into a leather armchair and smoke amongst other afficinados. You know you're in the right place when you open the front door and your greeted with the distinct aromas of Spanish cedar, tabacco and whiffs of cigar smoke.
