I ordered the lomo saltado to go for Mother’s Day. They told me 20 mins and real time was 50 mins. I’m thinking to myself the restaurant was full- but no. They only had a small family of 3 eating inside the restaurant. Now the food. It was dry and was missing seasoning. The lomo had the fries at the bottom instead of being mixed with the steak and onion. All in all it was bland. Probably the worse Lomo I’ve ever had. Ordered “Pollo a la Parrilla” - “Grilled chicken” Taste was good but the appearance threw me off- it was brown (as if it was old- before cooking)but taste, again- wasn’t horrible.
Side of French fries- don’t order them. Soggy and not crispy whatsoever.
