Save yourself the headache and never due business at this store! Here's how my nightmare went...... Within 10 months my fridge broke. I had just finished buying $300 worth of groceries (had family in from out of town) Aaron's couldn't come and get the fridge for 3 days. They brought me a loaner fridge that was missing 2 shelves leaving me only 1 shelf to put food on. Had to call and get a bit angry to get a better loaner fridge. Took them 7 weeks for them to return my fridge and when they did it was completely disgusting, full of mold and dents and scratches all over the outside of the fridge. Needless to say I was completely upset that the fridge way delivered to my house in this condition. I called the Manager (Joe) he sent his delivery guys to get 409 to clean the fridge. Which I feel was unacceptable. Finally they brought the loaner fridge back. Manager offered to take 2 payments off my bill if I kept the beat up fridge. I wouldn't even pay $100 for it in that condition. So after another 3 weeks they finally delivered a new fridge. When they were removing the loaner the delivery guy noticeably scratches my wall and doesn't say anything. When I questioned him about it he asked me if I had any paint. Called Joe again said he would get it fixed for me that they had a guy that makes these repairs for them and he would get back to me to set up at time. After another couple of weeks Joe came and took pictures then said it would be fixed by the end of the week that was a week and a half ago and I'm still waiting... Joe's favorite words are “in a couple of days” and “I promise”. Neither of them have held true in my case. I will never do business with this store again. Read moreWe have had one of the worst experiences of our lives customer service wise with this specific store. If you are one or two days late on your payment, they will call you five times a day or more and harass you until you make it. Today a woman came out for the second time and she blocked us in from leaving with the Aaron's truck, and then stood in front of our truck when we tried to go around through the neighbors years as I had to be at my clinic by 9 am and it was 845 am.. As usual while she was on her phone the entire time.. As she stood her chunky butt in front of our truck she was telling if you hit me I'm going to call the police.. Yet was standing right in front of the vehicle refusing to move.. We have been threatened by the manager in the past, and he also tried to guilt my husband into thinking that he wasn't getting paid simply because we were one month behind.. Which that is totally and completely illegal.. However I am sure that tactic has worked for him in the past.. My advice use...
Read moreI went to Aaron's after a bad experience with Rent-a-center, so finding the customer service was a lot better was great. However, recently I found out I was going to move and the sectional I have was not going to fit. I went to Aaron's and asked if I could trade it in for a smaller set, and was told they don't do that. This was so surprising due to the fact rent-a-center does offer that. I was told all I could do was drop my current lease and lose over $1200.00 and start a new lease. Oh and if I settled with a pre-owned set they would give me a "good deal". I was extremely happy with my experiences with Aaron's until this came up, but now I can't wait to be done with them. I will definitely not be going back to Aaron's after this lease...
