Horrible horrible horrible service. I ordered a small mother’s day Gift. I had to “TEXT” them to let them know I was on the way which is already odd. I get there and I text them again to tell them my vehicle description for curbside pickup. I wait over 20 minutes to NO response at all. I have a respiratory issue right now and can’t really go into big stores for the obvious reason. Nobody reached out with my order. Nobody reached out to apologize or to try and fix the situation. That’s bad business. Very bad business. It’s clear you all don’t value everybody equally. I honestly haven’t shopped there before and I clearly won’t be shopping there now. It’s ridiculous and again, it’s poor...

This place is huge! Ive never had a chance to go to it until Dec 15th, 2018 and I was impressed. If your furnishing a new house and have nothing, go to a furniture store and buy your furniture, then come here for everything else that you would ever need in a house. Thats the best way to explain it. If your looking for something and cant find it, just ask an employee and they will help find it. The people that work there are so knowledgable and friendly. The prices are great. Word of caution; take plenty of money because if you go with the intentions of looking for one item you will end up buying 20. I know this because thats what my wife does every time...

This place is great. The selection is ridiculously large, and you can find everything seperated in aisles, or sections in the back. Their prices aren't cheap but they are very fair.

Quite literally my only two qualms were that the aisles are TIGHT. Like, it takes Nixonian levels of negotiations with other patrons if we were coming down opposite ends and needed to get past one another. And the last thing is that it's a ridiculous maze to get to checkout. I understand encouraging further purchases, but this was just annoying. Especially if someone stops in front of you to look, and then you feel like you're trying to beat them to the...
