I honestly HATE giving bad reviews, but here we are. I recently decided to try this place after getting screwed out of points at another dispo. My first impression was good as the store is clean and beautifully laid out. The two young ladies working were very sweet. So why the one star you may ask? Well unfortunately I bought a DIME cartridge, I asked if it would work with the two “batteries”pens I have and was told yes as long as it screwed in it would work. I was told if I had any problems bring it back in its original packaging and they'd take care of me. I got home eager to try the new cartridge out, sadly it did NOT work in either pen. I drove back over and did just as I was instructed however the two young ladies were no longer there. The two gentleman how helped me were very nice, but basically told me I was SOL. I asked if they had a battery for the cartridge that was sold to me. I was told no and they didn't know when they would get another one. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Finding a good dispo that stands by their word, products, and knowledge seems to be far fetched. I came in to get my medicinal marijuana and I made my selection turns out after I got home I realized it was an estimated dosage. The display card was a much higher dosage than what I was given. What was hidden was the very tiny letters at the top was an estimate. When I went back to try and fix the issue they told me they could not take back the unopened medicine and I was out of luck. This was supposed to last me for the week and now it is far too weak for it to have its intended effect. They told me that the policy does not include informing patients of the dose change between what is displayed and the medicine that they are given. This is a dangerous and unethical practice, not to mention the possible legal ramifications. I would highly recommend people shop elsewhere for their medicinal needs because they've for sure lost me...

I’ve never purchased a consumable item and had to watch the retailer open each item to make sure I would not be lying if I returned the product due to defect.

If your company is selling items that need to be inspected before it’s purchased maybe get a different vendor.

I will contact the omma to see if retailers are allowed to open sealed products that have been paid for.

I don’t return things to your stores because I don’t want you inspecting my things before I buy them as if I’m a thief.

Furthermore, I don’t purchase flower at acc because it’s prepackaged and...
