Black Rifle Coffee Company — Restaurant in Moore

I really want to like this place. I'm retired Air Force and respect Black Rifle for what it stands for....and I really like a good cup of coffee. Yesterday was my first visit to the new BRCC on Telephone Rd. The outside of the place looks great, the inside of the place looks great, and the apparel section is nice and offers a good selection of BRCC t-shirts, hats, etc. My wife and I were the only ones in line at the counter. The two young men behind the counter were less than efficient. One took my order and was apparently confused when I paid cash. He had to clear the order and re-do it since I wasn't paying with a card. I don't know why. I just got a self-serve drip coffee. Easy enough. It was good coffee. My wife got something a little more complicated, which they got wrong. I'm not sure how. The order is printed on a sticky note which is stuck to the cup. We got a pastry to share....which I stood at the counter and asked for 3 times....as the young man who took my order took out the trash and the other one made the next customer's order...but he did eventually help me.

I just cancelled my home delivery of Death Wish coffee beans. I received a 5 lb bag monthly, but due to a recent price increase and a desire to support the BRCC brand, I plan on getting BRCC beans home delivered instead.

As far as returning to the coffee shop.....sure, I'll try it again. They serve a quality product and it's a nice place. Let your money talk and support a worthy company. It'll take more than sketchy service to...

AMAZING!! I HAVE TO SAY HOW IMPRESSED I AM WITH THIS COMPANY!! FIRST OFF, BLACK RIFLE HAS MORE CAFFEINE IN THEIR COFFEE THAN STARBUCKS. SECONDLY, WHILE STARBUCKS CONTINUES TO CLOSE EARLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO ON REGULAR WORKING DAYS, BLACK RIFLE STAYS OPEN FROM THE TIME THEY SAY THEY ARE OPENING TO ACTUAL CLOSING TIME. I HAVE WATCHED MANY STARBUCKS LOCATIONS CLOSING 5 TO 10 MINUTES EARLY AND I HAVE WATCHED THEM ACTUALLY HAVING PIZZA PARTIES WHEN THEY SHOULD BE OPEN. ONE STARBUCKS LOCATION WAS CLOSING EARLY AND I ASKED WHY. HE SAID IT'S BECAUSE HE HASN'T SEEN HIS PARENTS MUCH RECENTLY. THAT WAS HIS ACTUAL HONEST REASON FOR CLOSING THE STORE EARLY. THIRDLY, WHILE STARBUCKS IS CLOSING ALL STORES AT 6 BECAUSE OF POLITICAL PROPAGANDA ABOUT AN EPIDEMIC, BLACK RIFLE STAYS OPEN TO CLOSE EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT!! THEY ARE FEARLESS!! AND THAT'S WHAT I CHOOSE TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT!! GOOD KIND PEOPLE THAT GIVE A QUALITY PRODUCT AND IS A PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO COME TOGETHER. THAT IS THE BLACK RIFLE COFFEE COMPANY. NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY. I'M JUST A U.S. CITIZEN THAT CHOOSES TO LIVE A NORMAL THRIVING LIFE DESPITE THE LIES AND CONTROL OF THE MEDIA. STARBUCKS QUALITY IS LOW. I have to edit again. So Emergency Medicine nurses are not First Responders according to the shop. So no discount for me.

It’s really sad, because we are the first often the first to take care of patients. We have EMTs in the ER, but they do not do what we do in that setting. So disappointing.

Anyway, the other part is really stinks pup cups for dogs are free, but a pup cup for a toddler isn’t? I mean.. I don’t even want the dog treat. Lol.

So I have been coming here everyday to order a Small Iced Smokey Joe. It is absolutely my favorite drink. I have tried nothing else from here. I have got two conflicting answers as to what’s in it.

Prices have went up .20 on this in the past 2 weeks which is fine. I only noticed it because I come every morning and it was rang up differently and that’s how I noticed. The service is always great, friendly and the place is clean. I only order a small because anything larger I have gotten has messed with the taste.. The ratio gets a little wonky.

My second go to is the can of Espresso w/ cream. Totally love it. It’s like $2.95 a can or $40 for a case.

I could be totally wrong but I wish there was a loyalty program .. (I come everyday)
