ALDI — Local services in Moore

Horrible experience “Katja” was absolutely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL while checking me out today at 3:00 today I had to do separate transactions for my own personal order and my pin would not work I am not from here so my bank kept blocking the transactions of course and she did not have any patience AT ALL! Before O came in her line I let so many people go ahead of me to make sure I wouldnt have the issue I had with my card but unfortunately I did and all she did was huff and puff and her body language showed she did not care! Which my card messing up wasn’t her fault but O tried to be considerate and get out of line however she was not considerate to me at all and as I proceeded to figure my card out it took me less than 2 MINUTES she proceeded to say “THIS IS INSTACART? “ “I TOLD HER NO WHICH I MADE HER AWARE OF IN THE BEGINNING” she proceeds to say “WELL THATS THE ONLY REASON THE LINE SHOULD BE BACKED UP LIKE THIS” and rolled her eyes so I will be contacting corporate. And Kathy needs to be more considerate you never know what ppl are going through this is the most fun part of my day “grocery shopping” and I did not have the best experience I love Aldi and never had a issue so I was shocked! I like Aldi!! No matter the location, I always find the Aldi stores are very clean and offering fair pricing on their well-stocked inventory. The stores all appear to have similar floor plans which makes it much easier to find product.

Once I understood it, I also learned to appreciate the Aldi philosophy on how they handle their grocery carts. Insert your 25 cents in the holding rack outside the store and upon return, your quarter is returned. This really is a proactive idea designed to eliminate the shopping cart from rolling with nowhere constructive to roll too. Over the years, I've seen more than my fair share of cars and trucks damaged like this. In particular, a late model F-150 that got busted up, I mean Busted Up!!

Aldi has eliminated this from happening on their properties. That is unless someone didn't care to want...

I shop here Once to twice per week. If I need to just get one or two things then Every now and then I will Arrive approximately ten Minutes before closing, Managing my time To combine with my other stops i'm needing to make. Today I arrived seven minutes til To quickly grab Toilet tissue and apples, And The outside sensor to open the door was shut off along with The second (inside) entry door blocked off with the wheelchair. Very odd (& wrong). Very doable To grab two things in under half The time that was left Of my arrival. Open until 8 PM means open until 8 PM, but closing very early was decided And then by A store employee who Is not really entitled To make that decision but did just bc they physically can.
