Crest Foods — Local services in Moore

This used to be a bakery on my 5 star list. I would go to them for all my kids birthday parties. But the past 3 weekend they have messed up 3 orders consecutively! I think it's because their BEST caller decorater had to move away (I miss her!) but needless to say the first weekend they completely just didn't have my cake made! I let it slide and bought a premade one and wrote on it myself. The following weekend after that my daughters cupcake cake had looked nothing like a cupcake and fell completely over. The manager gave me a free premade cake that had been sitting there a few days in the display case to compensate for it and again I just dealt with it because I was in such a rush to get to my daughters birthday party. Now most recently this weekend being the third weekend I should have spent my money elsewhere, I had ordered 50 pieces of chicken tenders that were not ready when I arrived to pick them up, I had to stand and wait for them to be cooked which caused an hour delay in my other daughters birthday party and to compensate for their mistake the manager this time took $20 off my total. I was initially somewhat okay with that but then once I started my daughters birthday party and we went to eat the custom made cake that cost nearly $50 there was not one but TWO long strands of hair baked into the cake! I did take photos! I have been extremely loyal to this particular bakery for the past couple years bringing in a lot of business when it comes to my family and our birthday parties, baby showers and graduations but after these past three weekend myself nor any of my sisters or my aunt will be returning to Crest Foods! I would not have placed one a star if I was not made to put a star through reviews in order to post. This store allows their people to treatme with disrespect. One old lady obsessed to not allow me to take the electrical cart just close by to a handicap parking space. A so called manager from the store rude and impatient will not listen to my pleads for better costumer service so he just hangs up on me. Corporate office and the owner that refuses to call you back after you have left several of message on his voice-mail. Telling him it is important and you would tobspeak with him. They have regards to costumers feeling and how as a disabled person is being treated and denied an electrical cart to go outside the store for a little bit so. Since it is hard for me to walk with constant pain. I at times needed help with groceriesthat were heavy. At times I only had one bag and I was constantly harassed and followed to my car not because they wanted to help me carry my groceries in the car. It was to harass me over their mighty electrical cart. They disregarded my feeling and treated me cruel over their twisted policy regarding the electrical carts. After several of attempts to share my feeling and complaint to management, leaving five messages in their voice in different occasions. I did not go back. I have felt so discriminated in a store. Never ever will go back to Crest foods especially the one moore where you'll find rudeness and manipulation in corporate to most people working...

Waited 40 minutes at the deli while the three workers talked and was as slow as possible. This has happened so many times! Not to mention how rude they are. I ended up just walking off and not getting what I came for. Actually you always leave this crest without getting what you came for because they just can’t order right. This has been going on since I moved to moore in 2013 so it’s not a covid issue. Any way I get to check out and surprise surprise only two cashiers with lines so long there is literally no room for anyone else. So i go to self check. Only to deal with a brown haired woman arms crossed glaring at me the whole time i get where i have two items left and she calls out hey only 20 items or less! I just smiled and said hey it’s not my fault that you have no cashiers and I’m already done as I scanned the last two items. This woman, large with dark brown hair is standing there arms crossed and shaking. Get better people maybe borrow better people from other stores because this is the only crest that constantly has rude lazy people.
