Arrived to pick up doordash order and while waiting received a 2nd order. Was handed the second order first but noticed when he was boxing it that it was the wrong pizza. A girl came up said she'd be with when she had time. She asked him about the other pizza and he said I had it. I told her it wasn't the right order. She took it back handed me the correct pizza for that order. I told her for that one I just needed the crazy sauce. She said nothing and started preparing the first order I was waiting on. She brought it to the front tossed it on the counter and little boxes on top slid off towards me on the counter. I told her she didn't have to be rude and toss them. She said nothing and walked off. I said I still need the sauce from the other order. Once again she said nothing walked off and came back laid it on the counter and said here's the sauce. I asked who her manager was. She said she was the manager. I asked who was above her. She said the GM but he's off on Sunday's because he has kids. I let her know I would be contacting him and she raised her voice and said ok but she'd still have her job tomorrow. Also within the conversation she said i could be more patient which i had said nothing the whole time except helping her to know i was given wrong pizza and about the missing sauce. She also commited that doordash thinks they should be treated special and have priority. I never said anything. Doordash sent 2 different messages asking if i wanted to reassign because i had been waiting a while and i said no because i saw them trying to get the orders together. I called spoke to the GM Marcus who said I need to go ahead and call corporate. Which I did and was told that's a franchise store but they would notify the correct person to contact me. Read moreThis location has some awful service. This is the second time this has happened. I placed my order online through the app (1 cheese pizza, 1 sausage pizza, and crazy bread). App said it would be ready at 4:35pm. I showed up on time at the drive through and the person at the window said it would be 5 more minutes; they were busy so ok. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes, drive back up to the window and was told my pizzas were in the oven and to pull the front and they would bring it out. I sat in the parking lot for 30 mins, right in front of the door. Nobody ever came. I walked in where a bunch of other disgruntled people were standing around already. Finally get to the front and ask where my pizzas were was told mine were out in earlier but they lot one so they had to make another. I stood inside for 30 more minutes and finally it came. That’s the second time I’ve waited for over an hour on pizzas here and there were other customers there with the same issue. The people working seemed like they couldn’t care less. I even saw one person in the back walk up to hand another customer their crazy bread, got to playing around, and dropped their bread on the floor.
