Placed an order on 8-13-24 at 3:14PM for delivery. Order was $51.00. After placing the order got a text stating that my order was going to be delivered by Doordash when I did not authorize this. The reason I didn't want Doordash delivering my order is last time they switched my order to Doordash I never got my food and both Pizza Hut and Doordash refused to issue a refund and not only did I not get my food but was also out the 50 plus dollars and no one did anything to make it right. So this time I called the manager and explained my situation and she said they didn't have any delivery drivers at this time and I said well then I need a refund which seemed to upset the manager even more than she already was ( could tell she was clearly having a bad day). After requesting a refund she said you'll have your money in 7 days to which I said if it's going to take 7 days then go ahead and have it delivered but this time if I do not receive either my food or my money back then I was going to get a lawyer involved and sue cause I'm not going through this again with them and the manager became exstreamly rude and hostile with me then slammed the phone down. I filed a complaint with her district manager and there corporate office over this incident. I was not rude to her she just got mad cause I wanted accountability incase I got cheated again. Read moreworst store manager i've ever witnessed. order pizza with app, says delivery in 2.5 hours, 30mins later get a text says pizza out for delivery. call store, they say not out for delivery and can't tell me if its going to take 2 hours or not because she is busy. has 7 orders and only 3 drivers. wow, that is overwelming lol. give her gate code for delivery. this delivery was for an elderly person i was ordering for. since i was close and the store mgr didnt have a clue, i decided to pick up the order since i was close. get there mgr immediately has an attitude, so do I. now it seems my pizza is out for delivery, i proceed to tell her how poorly her store is run and ask for the store owners contact info. she won't give it which is a sign of a bad manager and a poorly managed./owned store. now i get a call from the driver asking for a gate code. the same one i gave the mgr and she said she wrote it on the ticket. i call back now she says she has been too busy to give the driver the gate code. on this call i also asked again for the store owners info, she said she called the owner and they are up to date. wow, so she is either lying or the owner really doesnt care how badly their store is managed. either way, plenty of pizza choices in this world, no need for me to ever order from this...

We ordered a 16 piece wing, double order of cheese sticks, 5 orders of marinara, large meat lovers pan pizza, and a large hand tossed cheese pizza. We received the order and the wings were burnt and the large meat lovers was the wrong style crust (hand tossed when we ordered pan). I called to speak the manager and she would not speak to me. I drove 15 minutes out of the way to the store and had to wait an insane amount of time to try to speak to the manager. She would not delineate tasks to her associates and she would not communicate with me whatsoever. She was absolutely unprofessional. I will never ever do business here again and strongly advise anyone with any regard for their wallet to stay away from this location as well. The manager was extremely passive, would not communicate with me whatsoever, and had one associate talk to me for her. I finally left my pizza, breadsticks, and wings there after almost an hour of waiting and have no resolution. Calling the corporate office and headquarters to hopefully get a refund.
