I thought I had found my place. I recently got my medical card and this was one of the first few places that I tried. My first experience was great. The young lady that helped me was helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a gram to try out a new flower to see if I liked it and a Dime cart. At checkout she told me that the flower was 50% off I said 50%? She said yes! Darn! I told her if I liked it I would come back tomorrow. I asked her if it would still be on sale and she said yes. I tried it and really liked it. I did some research on Ramshead to find out more about their grow. When I returned the next day I wasn’t greeted the same way as the night before. The same young lady was there to check me in but not the same customer service I received previously. Fair enough everyone has bad days. She told me she would not be helping me and directed me to a young man who would help me with my purchase and sat back down on the couch. No problem! From the jump he had a horrible attitude. I told him that I’d like to get a half ounce. I wanted to make sure it was still on sale. He argued with me and said this will never be on sale. So I went back to the front of the store and asked the young lady to confirm and she said yes it is on sale that she had bought some the night before. Still didn’t get a straight answer. He told me it’s 15% off. I said can you give me a estimate on how much it’ll be? Again he acted irritated. He said it’ll be like 200 or something. What? It didn’t make sense at all. So I said never mind I’ll take a quarter. I was ready to walk out at that point.

I’ll say this much. I’ve been self employed for a long time. My customers are always right and my employees represent that same belief. You shouldn’t tell a customer something is on sale and then change your mind the next. For that I will NOT be back. I will find another dispensary that carries Ramshead products and can offer straightforward pricing and customer service. I really wanted Flower Power to...

Walked in for some day time goods and got home very pleased with my choices 🤘 The selection here was plenty and the vibe felt right. They had a pretty decent selection of anything you could possibly desire. Flower, concentrates, cartridges, edibles, the list seems endless 🤣 And I'll be honest, prepackaged originally sounded so terrible and I couldn't see a positive but coming to the realization, you end up with a fresher product. The downsides, not satisfying the senses without smell or sight.

The exterior is super cute but the location is somewhat off putting. I'll definitely be back though! Flower...

Flower Power is my absolute favorite dispensary! All of the employees are always willing to give me new suggestions of medicines to help me manage my illness. Very nice cozy, chill environment that always makes me feel right at home. AMAZING range of products for all occasions and needs. The best part is the Store Manager, Jessika. Not only has she helped me tailor make my medicine for my needs for over 3 years but she explains why certain medications might or might not work for me WITHOUT BEING CONDESCENDING like most dispensary workers do. 10/10...
