I stopped by this afternoon because I thought the charging port on my CAT phone had broken, I could not get any of my cords to plug into it and I was a little panicky. I have a ton of health issues and have 9 doctors so I go to a lot of doctor appointments and I use my calendar app more than anything on my phone to keep all of my appointments straight,
Luckily my man Will was on the job, the charging port had some kind of debris wedged into it and that is why none of my cords would plug into it, Will had me fixed up in about 30 seconds, and it just goes to show that CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT dead in the USA. It was nice to have someone who was on their A game and had me out the door and a lot less worried about my upcoming dr. appointments.
Over the last 40 days or so I have been in and out of the ICU 3 times including 8 days on a ventilator, then I developed an Ileus (obstructed bowel,) along with some internal bleeding, pneumonia, RSV and the cherry on top I got Covid while in the ICU at NRH Healthplex.

He replaced my girlfriendâs cracked iPhone 8+ screen. I believe the original screen he used for the replacement (the first time) was defective and obviously not his fault. After she noticed the first replacement screen was not working correctly, we called him and he offered to replace and refix it, free of charge. He did not need to see the receipt since he remembered us. The second time he fixed it, it works PERFECTLY now! The screen looks OEM mint, has no issues or problems, and fixed the original issue she had with the first screen replacement. In addition, he was super cool about the whole thing, and very timely and communicative during the process.
I will be taking all of my devices to Jesse from here on out. I only like to do business with people who are respectful and have integrity, and those 2 words sum up his business practices very well....
   Read moreMy fiancĂŠ broke her phone. Her sister brought an iPhone in to get the charging port fixed. Not only was the guy in the lobby unprofessional because he was on his phone. He didnât really care to tell her how long it would take. She called numerous times they finally said it was done went to put it on the charger (now this phone was fully dead) it would take a couple minutes to turn on. The guy who fixed it kept plugging it in and unplugging it every 5 seconds so it obviously wouldnât turn on. Brought it to the back and took the whole phone apart said heâd call when it was done. He didnât. Right before they closed we called and they tried telling us we needed another part for the phone that clearly wasnât needed.
