What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service provided by their associate, Lizzie. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and welcoming. Even though I couldn't locate the specific item I was looking for, Lizzie went above and beyond by placing a special order for me and promptly notifying me once it arrived. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the order, but Lizzie handled the situation gracefully, explaining the return process and ensuring I would receive the correct item. This is our go to liquor store for any and all needs, whether it's for a specific item or simply just to browse, the atmosphere in here is always pleasant! The staff is terrific as they're both easily approachable and knowledgeable on their products and I've found that I don't get that type of service at some other stores in the Moore/Norman area.

I’ve been in Moore for about 2ish years now, and used to love coming here. At some point (I think) they changed ownership/management and with that changed their business practices. I’m all for customer service, but when the new chick is forcing over the top service to their employees, I started going to Moore Liquor a lot more. At Moore Liquor, they are very nice, they also can read the room if you had a long day and don’t feel like talking, their prices always match the tag and are definitely cheaper than the surrounding areas.
