Boujee Smoke Shop — Local services in Moore

I visited this shop July 5th, the music was loud enough that you couldn't hear the sales clerk. That didn't matter as she had a friend on FaceTime and her toddler behind the counter. I tried to explain what I was looking for and was sold a ceramic knife being told it was a dab pen. When I got home I discovered there were no instructions and it wasn't anything close to what I was looking for. I did NOT notice the NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE sign at the top of the wall when making my purchase or I would have turned and ran instead of making a purchase. I was ill for a couple of days and returned the ceramic knife today. I tried to explain what had happened and was immediately pointed to the NO refund policy. I did tell the salesperson that I would dispute it with my bank. Suddenly he started telling me to treat him like a person and talk to him.... Hello? Your response was you didn't really care there's no return. He did EXCHANGE it for a dab pen of his choosing telling me I owed him $14 more for it. The knife was 39.99 the pen 44.99. Boujee was one of the only shops open earlier in the day so I decided to check it out. I called ahead to see if they had Elfbars and the man on the phone gave me all the info I needed without hassle. When I arrived, I was blown away. I didn't expect so many different options!! Man at the counter was very easy to speak with and informative. Late 20s guy working 6/20/25 was rude to the customers ahead of me, should've been my sign, they commented that he didn't want to sell anything with his attitude and lack of help. I asked for assistance finding a vape pod and he just mumbled and pointed before proceeding to ignore me. Found what i needed, went to buy them and he rang it up for 21.99 yet the box had a 7.99 sticker, i pay 5.99 for the box elsewhere. Told him i was done and left....
