I had an extremely bad experience since the employee said she could not give me store credit for an item I bought but lost the receipt. She was very rude so I asked for a manager after explaining that I have gotten store credit before for items without receipt. The manager was surprisingly working on the next register and told her to help other customers while I just stood there. The manager was even more rude than the cashier and when I told him he can’t talk to me like that he said that it’s my fault for asking for a manager & still didn’t give me store credit. I spent close to $100 there that day but they didn’t wanna exchange something that was under $10. I told him he can’t talk to me like that and this is the worst customer service experience I have ever received and he told me there are other Burlington stores in the metro and I didn’t have to come to his store. I was shocked to hear that and told him this is the nearest store for me and I prefer coming here. He was still rude to me and told me hope you day gets better and smiled sarcastically. Read moreBuying a new wardrobe for spring, the dressing rooms aren't available. The manager Billie was nasty about it to us. We pushed our carts to the mirror section to try and view what things might look like. BILLIE announces over the loud speaker, "All employees to the mirror isle there's a HUGE MESS THERE!" The huge mess was us making a pile of clothes each in our baskets, and each of us had hung what we were buying on the shelf. We spent over $1000, and she talked about us to the employees the whole time we were there! What we didn't decide to buy, we put in a cart and pushed it to the dressing room area. No different than it would've been if we tried it on. Billie ruined a fun girls' shopping spree, was disrespectful to 2 customers, and needs to be fired and never work in retail!! The check out girls were great, and the next manager (that she sent over to check us out) was super nice. I wanted to leave and not buy a thing, and if this was her store i would have. Read moreThis store is constantly closing earlier in the evenings than what the hours of operation are listed at online and even on the front entrance doors. The store is supposed to be open until midnight Monday - Thursday and at 11:35 pm the doors are already locked. An employee even saw me at the door walked straight in front and past the entrance doors just looking up in the air as if to let me know they were closed and she wasn't unlocking the doors. When this store was closing at 11pm through the week the doors were locked shortly after 10pm several attempts of trying to come in to shop for something last minute. It's just really inconvenient that they do this. If they are short staffed I'm not sure how they are ever going to make it through the holiday season.
