Oasis Healing Center — Local services in Moore

Ya know I've been to alot of dispensaries around the Moore and South OKC areas and I thought I had a good home...but things just werent what they seemed and I was getting the "short end of the stick"...I found a badass deal for 25% off store wide from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm...well I totally read the add wrong and showed up early but JEFF made conversation immediately and before I knew it we killed 15 minutes and I was just in time for the sale!! I told him my story and what I used MMJ specifically for and the lesson started! JEFF knew exactly what to show me and tell me about, he knew what I needed to look for, and what to be cautious of...I bought a very affordable cart that is 93% THC and and eighth of the Blueberry Muffin! I'm on cloud 9 w my bud, my budtender, and the price! Then I went to leave and JEFF said "welcome home..see ya later"...

My husband just left there and when we left he realized he got the wrong strand of cart that he wanted, we pulled back in and mind you this was a matter of literally 2 minutes, so we pulled out and drove right back. It was unopened and he still had the receipt and the employees up front were extremely rude when he asked if he could exchange the carts due to it being UNOPENED with the receipt and us just leaving for 2 minutes. They had a very bad attitude and stated their boss “won’t let them exchange it.” So rightfully so, my husband was really irritated at this point because he had to buy a whole new cart on top of what he had already bought 5 minutes prior. Super unfriendly customer service, definitely should at the very least train your employees to be respectful towards...

Oasis has the best flower. However, today I was told we cant use a Veterans discount for an OZ on OZ day, but we have always been given the Veterans discount on the OZ thats why we buy 2 each month. Not a big deal, it's only a few dollars but It would be helpful if everyone was on the same page. Also, the vibe and tone from the man who took care of us was not what I usually experience when I'm there, I didn't appreciate that, although I did appreciate that the entire staff wore gloves and a mask, and they had black tape the customers had to stand behind. (Even though it makes it tricky shopping for flower, but it's understood and appreciated) Other than that, Oasis is my favorite...
