If you happen to get a male employee at this location with dark hair that wears a mask, I would just wait for someone else to help you. This employee is rude, unhelpful, and lacks basic skills to work his job. I looked up the price to ship my particular package before I arrived and the cheapest rate was $15. When I got there, I gave him the package, which he “measured” and weighed, then told me the cheapest rate was nearly $40. When I tried to explain the price I saw online, he just blew it off and told me $40 was the cheapest it could be. I then asked what measurements he got, all of which were much longer than I had measured myself. He tried to sarcastically show me his “measurements”, and he was holding the end of the tape measure WELL over the end of the box. When I pointed that out, he didn’t like being told that he was measuring wrong and he got angry then started telling me that’s just how it’s measured and thats what the rate will be and kept arguing and coming up with poor excuses on how to measure and how he was right. I finally asked for someone else to help me because that was not how I came in there to be treated. The second gentleman I got was very helpful and explained politely that the $15 was if I purchased it online on my phone, and then proceeded to help me fill out the information, print the label, and get me out the door for $15. He even admitted to me most of the bad reviews at that location were due to that same employee. This second employee would get 5 stars.

Read moreUnacceptable customer service!!! I went yesterday to get a document notarized after speaking with someone on the phone about someone being available to do so. I get there after work around 4 and speak with a young gentlemen at the counter (I think by the name of Ryan) he let's me know that no one is available and that he would be acquiring his stamp the following Monday, which surely doesn't help me at all... So, today I call around 11:30 and speak with a young lady (I believe her name is Diane) and she tells me that there will be someone there to notarize at that same location until 5... So, all is good right?! WRONG!!! I get halfway there and decide to call to confirm that if I come up there someone would still be available and I wouldn't be wasting my time, it's not even 4pm yet because I left work a little early... A gentlemen picks up the phone and I ask him about the notary services and supposedly Diane, who is the supervisor and the one that told me that someone would be there to notarize until 5 left for the day... Are you kidding me?! Totally unacceptable...

He looks and talks like he is miserable working there and rubs it off on his customers. I was in the store just a few days ago and he tells me it will cost $2 to print out my return label. I had my husband print it out instead. I return today, not realizing I only had 1 of the 2 pages printed and turns out it was the 2nd (useless) page so I now had to pay to print it. The lady at the counter tells me it's $3 so I turn to the guy and I said, "The other day I was here and you told me $2. Why is it $3?" He replied with something like, "I always say $3 and I dont make the rules."
