The tea was great, but the customer service was very bad. I ordered first and yet they completely missed my drink. had to go back and reorder. My mom got a nondairy drink but we are 99% sure it contained dairy due to how sick she got. they didn’t care to explain what they meant by Sweetness Level, and it was our first time there (which we stated and asked, to no response or explanation). Both workers that served us seemed like they had zero idea what was going on and didn’t respond to any questions. we had asked three times kindly if a drink contained boba straight to a worker who was taking our order and she did not respond in the slightest. (and also ended up messing up the order regardless). None of the workers knew if the products used contained dairy or not and what substitutes they had etc. they also added things to a drink that were not on the menu and we didn’t specify for. overall bad experience. drinks are pretty...

Just went in to get some treats for my friend and I at lunch! Today, I ordered a Oreo Ice Blended w/ Pearl, but instead of big pearls, I changed it out for mini pearls. For my friend, I got her a Strawberry fresh milk w/ mini boba. The boba here always have a satisfying texture and taste to them, and the drinks are very flavor-able. Now, lets talk about customer service! (TLDR: It's GOOD!). The person who was taking my order was very friendly and the people who made the drinks were quick. It was an in-and-out of the store scenario. Quick, simple, easy, and fast! Was especially useful since I have a limited time lunch break. Overall, the drinks were made in a nice and timely manner, the staff were nice and courteous, and of course, my friend and I greatly enjoyed our drink! This place always leaves my taste...

Workers there need more training.

My family loves boba tea and were excited for this shop to open. When we visited, we made our orders but asked for Boba on the side (in a small cup) because my 3 year old loves just eating the boba pearls. The request of the pearls on the side absolutely confused all 4-5 workers there.....I showed them that there is a small cups next to the cashier that you could put the balls in and consider that a "addition" which was like 75¢..... Despite the explanation, they still were confused and refused to do the request. All the boba places we've been in OKC does provide that request. We left that shop and went to Boba Cafe down the...
