Swig — Restaurant in Moore

I love Swig but the Moore location has horrible service. I just had a terrible experience (not the first but it will be my last). I pulled up to Swig, the only car visible, and waited for a few minutes. When no one came, I pulled up to the windows thinking maybe they couldn't see me and saw there was a car at the windows. Turns out, they had a massive order as twelve minutes later I see 3 carts of drinks delivered - no problem. So I pull up next to the windows to take my order. But when I go to order, the girl tells me I have to go to the back of the line. I was shocked. I explained everything, that I'd been waiting patiently for by this point nearly 20 minutes, that no one had shown even after waiting several minutes. But she just waved me off and I had to go back through the Drive Thru. By this time, several cars had lined up and I had to wait all over again. I'm pretty non-confrontational so I took this in stride but it was just such a bad experience. I don't think my family and I will be coming back to the Swig in...

The Best Swig Esp. Their Texas Tab! Its on Point!!! I LOVE the Friendly atmosphere tbh since its a drive thru most of the time I come in my longe wear but the Team that works at This swig! I swear you'd think by the way the girls look "Great we aren't going to get good service" but EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET THE SWEETEST BUBBLIEST FRIENDLIEST FACES & GENUINE SMILES.
