Homemaker's Villa — Local services in Moorhead

I bought a dishwasher from Homemakers Villa 3 years ago (Maytag) and the pump went out! I was concerned; we couldn't afford the $450 part, nor afford a new machine. The gal in the office I talked to made no effort to ease the situation or worry. Keith (one of their service guys) came over to service and take a look. Keith contacted Maytag and had them pay for the parts fighting for us due it being a 3 year old machine, significant parts not working and our financial situation. We bought all our appliances for our new home here. About $3000 worth. We were happy with the sales staff and people were friendly. I would not recommend calling them for service, although they are cheapest in town, they are really not helpful at all. We spent $70 dollars for a tech to come to our house and tell us we needed a new dishwasher. The technician did not reasonably attempt to solve our problem. I fixed it myself the same day. Sales departments sell the first time around, service sells again after that. We will go elsewhere...

I stopped by Homemakers Villa in Moorhead, MN to look for a new Dishwasher. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and answered all of my questions. They were very flexible with me after I purchased the Maytag Dishwasher, because I needed a specific delivery date slightly down the road due to having a plumber and electrician prepare the area for the first-time Dishwasher.
