MAC'S Hardware — Local services in Moorhead

I stopped by last week to look for something I couldn't even put a name to, and had taken an hour off of work to search through their fastener department. (Mac's is my go-to shop when I need bolts/screws/nuts/etc, they have THE best selection and it is so much easier to browse than big box stores). Shortly after arriving, an employee named Russ looked at what I had, did some measurements, AND wrote down for me the product key words and specifications I needed. Then he walked me around the store to show me every imaginable product that was close to what I needed. Even gave me a quick tutorial on bolt thread specs. Keep in mind this was without me asking for help (since I really wasn't sure what I was looking for), and all within 5 minutes of walking through the front door. Amazing! MAC's is a store where you can find the odd + bizarre items that aren't carried in other stores. Items that can be purchased by length and/or quantity, foams sheets of various thicknesses and densities, ropes, tubing, strapping, and chains are here cut to customer needs. 4/11/2021 around 4:37pm Me and my wife went there to shop for rakes an the cashier really showed us that he wear his white proud... Greeting the white couple that came in an said nothing to us an then we had to ask for bag stuff to be bagged an we had to ask for a receipt... Mac’s was a good hardware store to shop but I will never go there again or have no one I no shop there either... Remember we are all one Mix Marriage...
