Very disappointed with the service I received at your mobile phone dept. I got there during your mobile hours, in fact it was 410pm. I was then told the person was on lunch, til 440pm. This was not convenient for me but I stuck around. Finally was helped about 445pn. There was only 1 person working & the 45 minutes I was there the phone rang off the hook & 4 more customers waited. When she was done putting my SIM card in she made sure I could receive a call, but did not set up my phone so everything transferred from my previous phone. Then told me to go home & do it on my own. It's now 750pm, I have inconvenienced my nephew that used to work for Verizon & my phone is still not set up! All of my updates were done before I went to the store so that's not the issue. I also got an email about a $250 gift card with an iPhone 7 upgrade. I was then told at the end that it's for new activations only. ???? How can I upgrade my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 if I don't already have a plan? My son got a phone at the Target in Fargo a couple months ago & it was a very smooth transition. He walked out of the store with all his apps, contacts & settings on his new phone! And we got a $300 gift card with his upgraded iPhone. I am one very dissatisfied customer! I will not be going back to moorhead target for mobile service. I will probably end up having to go to the Fargo target tomorrow when they open to help...

I drove an hour to get a pickup order for four patio cushions (that canāt be shipped) and got home to find out that they gave me three cushions that were the wrong size. When I called to ask for the correct size to be put aside, I was told to call the Fargo store as they were out of stock. Nobody I spoke with seemed apologetic of the enormous inconvenience this has caused me, as I have to bring my infant everywhere and driving an hour one way with him is not easy. Luckily the Fargo store only had three in stock that I needed but now I have to make the drive again with my baby, which is a major hassle and wasted money in gas. Then, the Fargo store told me they couldnāt hold them for tomorrow pickup until my husband got on the phone and spoke with management because I cant just make another last minute trip up there in the same day. I understand mistakes happen but nobody seemed to even care and I wish I could be compensated for the wasted time and money that was caused from this. I will unfortunately no longer shop...

The second identical pair of shorts was missing the price tag. Went to check out. Both shorts rang up at $10. Asked the worker and he was very annoyed that I asked about it. Tried to avoid answering for as long as possible. Finally after we kept asking he said he can lower the cost of the one with the tag to $7, but would not lower the other identical pair of shorts because the price was ripped off. While in line, 4 other families were having this same issue and the employees were rude and were trying not to resolve the issue as much as possible.
