On vacation from the uk in Anaheim, after landing late Saturday, May 4th in Disney doing 32k steps then drove the 2.5 hours it took to get up Thrashin on May 5th, jet lagged and tired. Sadly received a fairly frosty welcome from the two staff in the store - none of them were the guys from the youtube channel i must add. I arrived quite prepared to purchase apex floorboards, adjustable brake control, gear linkage, derby covers and anything else they were prepared to spend some time talking me through that would fit my bike (2024 Streetglide), sadly they were not really interested in talking me through what parts they had in stock or availalbe, instead preferring to talk about travelling to London (we are from the uk), and despite buying a shirt and coiuple of pairs of gloves that was all we ended up buying. Could have sold a lot more if there was any interest shown in talking to me about the various bits they may or may not have had in stock, but sadly it just...

Horrible customer service I ordered perch clamps for my 21 fat bob they came in they clearly do not fit based on the pic below , and install form Harley Davidson mechanic. Upon calling the company I was told I can send them back for a full refund, but I will have to be responsible for the shipping. I understand that that is a minor part, but I should not be responsible for that based on the fact that they advertise this is fitting softails, and after I spoke to their technician, he informed me that it does state that on the website, but it does not include the fat Bob as the soft because it has tapered bars either way They refused to issue me a $10 prepaid shipping label they lost a customer. Disgusting customer service for a company that big to screw themselves over for a prepaid label worth...

Visited Thrashin a couple days ago and got there about 3:30 pm and front doors were locked. Drove from Texas so Was bummed for about 2 seconds then Courtney pops out from the side of the building and greeted us and was really nice. Purchased a couple shirts and gloves from the shop store ( I already have my Street Glide loaded with Thrashin Parts ). My son and I made our way to the side of the building and saw lance and Juan working on a bike. Did not get the opportunity to meet them because they looked busy and I did not want to be that guy and bother. Will always be a fan of their parts and riding gear.
