Horrible experience, the girl at the drive thru was as unprofessional as they get. No greet or thank you as I drive off , she was in such a hurry for no reason no car behind me no cars out side parked for inside , I ordered a fit bowl returned because I asked for no pico (allergic to tomato) when I returned she made sure she took the bowl back. I hope they didn’t use it on another customer, who takes food back?? They serve the dressing in the to go salad small containers (she only packed one) I had to ask twice for two more. I received a lousy in a hurry apology , I didn’t even get eye contact. Plus Why pack me more pico salsa the second time around when I said I am allergic?? All I can say Santa Paula location is much better they’re not stingy with their food. Better customer service. Not coming back . First and last time at this location . I just had the rudest experience and I didn't even order food. My car wouldn't start so I asked if the person who drives the car parked in front of me could move so I could get a jump. She clearly doesn't speak or understand English because someone was translating but she got angry and told the manager. The manager comes out to ask what's going on. Nothing why would you get mad or angry because I asked if you could move your car so I could get a jump. The manager tells me she's working. We do drive thru & delivery only. This particular location is priceless in my opinion. Claudia one of the managers is a gem!!! However I will not dismiss the staff as well.. This is a very well maintained and ran location. Claudia goes above and beyond to make sure orders are met! I appreciate her and the staff so much for this. When ordering via delivery service our options to add things on is limited. I always call and they know right away what I need (I LOVE & APPRECIATION THI SO MUCH) they’re the best!!!
