I have been a long-time regular customer at this Jack in the Box because, honestly, the food has always been consistently good for what it is. However, the experience has drastically declined since the arrival of the new manager.
The issue is not the food; in fact, my last few orders have been just as good as always. The real problem is the new manager's attitude. In my recent visits, I have witnessed a complete lack of customer service.
It seems her presence creates a tense atmosphere, and her manner of interacting with customers is unacceptable. Not only does she have a visibly negative attitude, but she also fails to demonstrate the management skills required for a customer-facing position.
Ironically, the rest of the staff seems to be trying hard, but the atmosphere feels heavy because of her.
Conclusion: Frankly, the food is not worth the bad experience. As long as this person is in charge, I prefer to go elsewhere. Good food is not worth it if it comes with poor service. We urge management to review this employee's customer...

Walk in. Sul vay " the team leader"..... Totally unfriendly cold, no smile no expression, sort of gave me the , you shouldn't be here gringo treatment. Not Cool. When my order came up they , just gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything.... they didn't even call the order number.

At least in my neighborhood, "predominantly Hispanic" they know how to treat people kindly and everyone respects each other..... regardless of race.... For the most part...... You guys could really learn something from the Jack in the Box in my hood..... Good luck in the future...... No wonder the restaurant was empty in your drive-thru had no cars in it.....
