High Life Smoke Shop Morehead City — Local services in Morehead City

My bf, Anthony & I , have spent $1000's at High Life. Never had any issues with anyone that works there ! Well today, sept 6th at around 3:15, my 20 yr old daughter & I went in to get e liquid for my vape. The 2 girls working, I'd never seen before. They were the RUDEST people Ive yet to encounter!! They had no answers to ANY of the simple questions we asked. The one who rang me up, rolled her eyes several times. She has no business dealing with the public! My bf & I, not to mention all the family & friends of ours, are seriously considering not shopping there again!! We can get anything yall sell, ANYWHERE ! We just like to shop locally & we've always loved ALL the other employees there! I suggest these girls find another job, or management give them a course on customer service ! Since these girls acted as if they were literally aggravated as soon as we walked in!! Even more so, when we asked any kind...

Very big Fan of high life smoke shops around NC. Unfortunately I live in Morehead City have to travel to Greenville, Wilmington, or Chapel locations to have a decent selection on water pipes. Becuase of lact of productivity in my local store. For the past 5 weeks I have stopped in and checked out the selection my local shop (Morhead city shop). There has been hardly any new water pipes put on shelves for display/sale. Which doesn't make sense because there is 5x as much water pipes and items in the back room not on display. I asked the New Manger when they will put then stuff on the shelves. She says that it's a new shipment and it will be put out within the next couple of days. Well it doesn't take 5 weeks to put new items out. It's not like you don't have the inventory. Lack of productivity. It's sad I have to drive hours away for a shop that actually...

Will never go again, HORRIBLE customer service. I honestly have no clue how the guy with the beard still has a job. Everyone's bad reviews about him are completely true, from just the first words he said when I walked in the store I knew who everyone was talking about. This man works at "High Life" and clearly thinks he's above/better than anyone in his presence. I as a manager would never hire anyone who talks in the manner he does to customers. Truly have NO idea how he still has a job there based off the reviews of him alone, and witnessing it with my own eyes. DON'T waste your time or money here... I PROMISE YOU CAN FIND THE SAME PRODUCT IF NOT BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LOWER PRICES, AND WITH MUCH BETTER...
