Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Morehead City

Good pizza, horrible service. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours for my pizza. Papa John's says they are waiting on door dash... Well if you can't afford to pay your delivery drivers and do not have a reliable way to deliver pizza, I wouldn't offer delivery to customers. I've had nothing but trouble with papa John's the past 3 or 4 times ordering from them. Last time I called to add a cookie dessert to my order, the cookie got delivered separate and came first and I paid 15 dollars for it because instead of adding it to the existing order she made a separate order which I had to pay another door dash delivery fee and tip for.. for something that should have cost 7$. Update 07/26/2025 ordered a large house pizza and i asked if they still have the BOGO free, i was told they both had to be one topping so i only ordered one and made it a extra large. . Then i just saw the commercial and i states that by one any large pizza get one large 1 item pizza free. So i guess i got taken. 12/15/2024 4:10 pm, I Ordered a extra large supreme pizza well done but not burnt. The pizza was nice size with plenty of toppings. I asked it to be well done because I do not like it when the center of the pizza is soggie. Well it was very soggie in the center. Went there in November ordered online got to the store and they said I didn't order. They ended up getting a call from online saying that I did order and they did charge me but they can't make my pizzas because they didn't have it in their system. So they said online would refund me but I'd have to pay again and wait which was frustrating because I ordered online to avoid waiting but whatever. Then when they went to check me out it was like 6$ more than what I paid online and they said that it was because they can't apply online coupons in store.
