We ate at the Banks Grill and they have the best grits around. The homemade jams are great. They make a hot sauce which is not too hot but does pack some heat. Breakfast is always the best way to start the day when you start here. The lunch menu has a great selection I would recommend the southern BLT.

This shopping center sponsored the Arts Council of Carteret County and allowed them to have their Art from the Heart show there. This was wonderful! There was plenty of parking for a huge turn out for this annual event. Hundreds of pieces of adult created art and thousands of youth/student created art. This was possibly the finest art show I have ever attended in over 45 years of art related careers, including a new venture with The Carolina Artist Gallery in Morehead City. Great place to go. Friendly helpful staff. They always have anything and everything you're looking for. You will love it here!!! All types of stores and an amazing restaurant to to eat at with a buffet also a really good pizza and sub shop. Fast food as well. Craft store, electronic store, department stores, jewelry store, card shop, sporting goods...

The stores in the plaza are okay but its horrendus to navigate thru. There are too tight roadways and people speed thru without a care in the world. The trees sometimes block you from looking around so be cautious.
