Kristi helped me out. I called in to talk about recommendations. She was very helpful. Asked me a few questions about how whoever it going to use it sleeps and a price range. She pointed out 2 that were probably great but I needed up going with a cheaper one because not only did we get it short notice but there was a possibility we weren't going to use it long term. Next time we need a mattress we'll definitely check them out. Mostly I appreciate she wasn't a "used car salesperson". She didn't try and up sell me or talk me into something I didn't want. She was very professional. We will only be using what we purchased for about a week and when we need to get more beds (we'll need 2 twins for a bunk bed in a few months) I will definitely check out what they have available and in sure we can find something that will meet our needs. Also, I didn't want to go into the store so she said what we were purchasing would be rolled up and easily put into the back of an suv. She was right, I pulled up and she already had it sitting outside with a receipt attached for me to load.

I really appreciate the care and caution that is being taken by the Morehead Sleep Outfitters to create a safe environment in a very hands-on space. There's only one group of customers in the store at one time. This allows time to clean and sanitize what they have touched between customer visits because, as you can imagine, shopping for pillows and mattresses involves a lot of contact with the products.

Masks are provided, and they're very careful to provide things such as disposable mattress covers and pillow covers to keep the environment as safe as possible while also allowing you to test mattresses and pillows. I know I felt a lot better knowing that the safety precautions were being taken.

The sales woman is very attentive, very helpful, and quite pleasant without the overbearing attitude of the person wanting to upsell you.

Kristie was wonderful at helping me find the bed best suited for me. I had my last Tempurpedic mattress since I was in middle school— I am now 32 years old and a nurse practitioner. Insomnia and Fibromyalgia have haunted me for years. Many nights I would get up and go sleep on the couch to just be able to get a couple hours of sleep before my next work day. She collected a thorough screening of my history and needs and was able to match me quickly to not only what I wanted (something nice and cold as my old tempur mattress seemed to get hotter feeling each day), but also to my needs in regard to pressure areas, firmness, and a huge bonus for the adjustable base with massage.
