La Carniceria Meat Market — Local services in Moreno Valley

Went in last week and saw the ranchera at $12.99pp and when I got home I looked at my receipt and was charged $15.99pp. Called the store and Alejandro was giving me a run around about his employee not changing the advertised price. I simply told him it’s not the customers fault that the store employees are incompetent of having the store ready an hour after opening. He asked me when I could go in store and he’d “fix it”. I went in the next day to purchase more meat and asked Jose (manager) to deduct the over charged balance to my total. He quickly reassured me he was aware of the mistake they had done the previous day but proceded to show me the price that was advertised and the price that should have been posted. I told him I was aware of the issue and don’t need further explanation. Upset he said he was going to call his boss, walked away to the back of the store. He came back to the register and said she didn’t answer and said the best he can do was 15% as if he was doing me a favor. I walked out but I now wonder how many customers is La Cariceria...

I usually don't like to give bad reviews but they earned it,I have always been going to la carniceria meat market since they opened up since they started in la,now I'm in the ie and I've gone to the riverside location but since they opened up the one in moval in closer to home, it's been 3 times back to back that I order diesmillo preparado and all 3 times they just put the meat stacked up in the tray and just dump the marinade over it and put the plastic to seal it up,the problem with that is that no juice or marinade gets in between the pieces of meat and when u go to cook it the inside or the middle of the meat has no marinade, I don't know if they're just to lazy to marinade piece by piece which should be the correct way tho do it or they just dont care what the customer deserves and wants,ill just have to look for another carniceria in the ie,ehat a shame but i gave them 3 chances and thats...

It pains me to give a not so good review of a small shop. I went on a weekday around 5pm. I was the second person in line, and the employees behind the counter refused to attend me. One guy was attending the girl in line before me, and the girl behind the counter was wrapping a "large order". Two other guys came out the back, and talked to their co-workers and didn't think to take my order. I only wanted a small portion of chicken for my family's dinner. When I asked the employee the difference between the chicken I swear he rolled his eyes at me. Not sure if the employees here know how to treat customers who are just trying to put dinner on the table.
