Since the changes of the Association Management a year and a half ago, the management are nasty and rude. They treat the association members as if they work for them, and it's the other way around. The management team and front office staff have no people or customer service skills. When asked for a list of the Association Directors, they tell the members, "It's confidential and any complaints are to go directly to the management team, and they will take it to the board of directors." Yea, what's wrong with that picture? They all need to be replaced and treat the home owners with respect.
If you'd like the names of the Board of Directors, here they are: Wraymond Sawerr, President, Melvin Robbins, Treasurer, Francisco Ramos, Secretary, Aja Smith, Director, and Tyrone Harris, Vice President.
If it were confidential, the minutes wouldn't be posted for all to see. The fact the management team, Mariela, John and Brigid are giving false information to the members, is reason to call for dismissal. To state and inform paying members in good standing, "They do not have the right to contact the Board of Directors," or give the list of the Board of Directors names, is in direct conflict with the state and federal laws. If anyone has any complaints or need further direction if you cannot get the information you need or if you have any concerns regarding the MV Ranch Association, you may contact the CAI (Community Association Institute). After living in the community off and on for almost 30 years and owning three homes in the MV Ranch Association, this management team is the worst?

I called today to find out why I wasn't getting a newsletter, only to find out they had the wrong mailing address and that I had $2,000 in fines for a stored car and unauthorized improvements to my front yard. First off I am not storing my car, I have it covered because my neighbor's tree is ruining my car.
