Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

First, let me start off by saying that this is the second time I've walked out of this place empty handed. Today, I went in and ordered the $10 big box. No issue ordering or anything. When I was ordering, I wasn't told that this may take a little while to get ready or anything. Now, I'm a pretty patient person and have no problem waiting, as long as I know that before hand. It would have been nice to know that my order would take longer or if I had been offered a different flavor that wouldn't take so long, but I wasn't. So, after over 20 minutes of waiting for my food, I couldn't do it anymore and walked up and asked for a refund. The worst part of this whole experience is that not one person was apologetic. Not even the person who did my refund, who I assume was the manager or assistant manager. They didn't even ask why I wanted my money back or anything. No attempt to rectify the situation at all. They simply said "ok" and went over to the register and proceeded with the refund. Of course as this is happening the guy who took my order says "hey your food is ready now are you sure you don't want it?" At this point I wasn't going to give this place my money for such terrible service. I will say that everyone that worked their was nice and I had no issue with them. I just wish I had been told I was going to wait a little longer and if that was ok rather than just let me sit there waiting and waiting. I will not be giving this place a...

I Went to this place for the first time, only 1 person at front of me, a guy took my order, He told me that they weren't taking debit card payment and that I had to pay in cash, witch I did, Saterd with my order and he told me they didn't have bitskets. And that I needed to choose something else, and agreed to take extra chicken, I ask for spicy chicken and the guy told they didn't have it ready, so I agreed to take regular chicken stead, and he told me that the wait will be about 15 minutes, to what I said to problem, Only had to people at front of me which I thought it wasnt going to take to long, I waited 35 minutes, for my order, and finally a lady ask me what I was waiting for, so I give her my name, she grabbed my order and told me that it was going to take 12 minutes or more, because they had to cook my food, I told her that I had already waited 35 minutes when they told me 15, she smiled said sorry, and offered my money back, Wasn't rude at all, it's just that this people has no sense of urgency, no regard for their clients and the business, I don't understand how this place is operating, there were 2 employees in the back, just chilling and 2 at the front, taking their time and making people wait ridiculous amount of time, I wouldn't recommend this...

This particular place I gave a 1 star only because of the manager and the way she spoke to the employees who are mostly younger. The food and the service I gave 5 stars. The food was good the service was great. I don't like seeing kids treated like that when they are doing their best. This is a busy place, while the manager, I believe her name is Rachel, barks orders at these employees instead of help or clean up the horrible mess in the dining room, or help them as they are trying to complete orders. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She had big blue eyes, I wish I knew her name anyway, she handled herself well, even though it was busy and hot in there. The other employees were great too. I feel that this place would be great if they had better leadership. People don't work well in that kind of environment. I'm going to to come back because the employees do a great job, hopefully they change managers. If I see the manager act like this again, I will go to someone higher up and let them know that Rachel or whatever her name is, is not a good look for...
