Odalberto’s Mexican Food — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

My husband and I come here allll the time about 2 days a week religiously for about a year. The food never fails, it's delicious! The cooks and every other staff are great and always friendly except the little BLONDE headed chick at the front. Every single time we come in she's loud, rude, and has an attitude. Today my husband asked for an extra water cup and she rudely told him, "didn't I just give you two" he was just trying to cool down his salsa and put it in ice because it was warm. I told her we could pay for another cup and she came around the corner and said, "excuse me?" I repeated myself and she very rudely said she never said that she was gonna charge us but she had just given him a cup. (She said some other things but this is just the simplest way to put it) Then, continues to go on and talk about what happened to a cook right Infront of us. I stayed quiet because there's literally no reason to argue with this Chihuahua. it's a water cup... Does it hurt your paycheck to just give him an extra one? What if he dropped his other water cup and needed a new one? Why does it even have to be questioned? And why put him on the spot out loud? This was just today, but there have been other times we come in and just bad vibes from her and bad customer service. It doesn't hurt to be a kind person. Initially, I was in the mood for burritos so I looked for a spot near my cousins in Moreno Valley. Odalbertos came up and I was excited to give them a try. In a hurry decided to do a phone order and was told the food would be ready in 10. Ok, dope! The cashier was nice but she was too busy talking to the homie. Honestly, that didn’t bother me she was sweet enough to bring over my order when it was ready. As for the food, the carne asada fries lacked flavor – it looked good but that’s all. I got a hot Cheeto burrito in the chips were bad terrible, I added extra chicken with steak and there was barley chicken on it. Customer service was trash, no wonder why people are being replaced with robots taking your order because robots dont have bad attitudes like the Blode hair girl who took our order. If your not happy with your situation that means change it, just a Lil advice for people with bad attitudes at their job.
