Okay. Here's the truth. I'm a repeat customer having already spent money here on installation charges before. So, here goes. My first set of speakers after about a year and some change finally burned up to a crisp! I guess that was my fault for turning up the bass knob! But at least the knob wasn't all the way cranked. Anyways just a couple weeks ago a brought in well over a grand in audio equipment that I needed installed in my car. I gave menos a grand to do the work which 200 went towards the box. Now mind you, I've got top of the line sht that I gave them. When I got my vehicle back it was loud. Deep. But it didn't blow my socks off. Technicians didn't even vacuum up their installation mess off my carpets. My sub box even had sht on it that I had to take to the car wash and vacuum loose wire casings, wire debris etc. I also noticed a dent in my radio din aluminum piece. Anyways. It sounded cool I guess during the break in period or whatever. So after about a week or so I took it back for a tune up like they recommended. They made some adjustments or whatever and said try it out if not come back. So the amp kept shutting off if I turn the volume up because it can't handle the bass so I had to take it back. He had to adjust the level on my nvx pro 2 but it still kept turning off. So I adjusted the nvx bass knob and took some power out and then took power out of the amps bass knob and things are fine but for a system like mines I figured my car would sound like king Kong coming down the street. Unless I'm just tripping? Anyways. It's okay I guess...

Menos is family owned and gives great service from my experiences now let me tell you why. My girlfriend just got an older Honda Civic and wanted an alarm for added theft deterrent from what she already has. She called menos asking how much an alarm would be and basically a basic one is around 150$ give or take. We take it in late and I'm guessing they had unexpected issues because they called us at the time that they said it would be done and told us that it wouldn't be done until the next day. Later on someone broke into it at the Moreno valley Mall he opened the hood and ripped the wires the siren makes sound with. So we explained the ordeal to meno himself and for no cost to us he repaired the damage and added another hidden siren that is loud. That was a very nice thing they did for us and we appreciate it very much. I see two comments saying they are con artist or something but they don't even say anything about why they think that. To me it could be a competitor trying to bring down their ratings or rude people who don't know how to communicate and/or haggle...

Manual the owner, took my expired coupon for window tinting. And he let me reschedule it once when I had to work late.

He gave me a choice of 3 different tint levels. So I chose one of each level for each window pair. And he told me it would take up to 4-hours, and that they have free Wi-Fi. So I sat in their padded chair with armrests in their waiting room. And I used their high-speed Wi-Fi on my laptop computer to work, until my window tinting was done.

It was finished on time. And it was a very good job. So I tipped them for their good service. And I highly recommend them for their good quality window...
