My daughter and I came in for some dinner. Replaced our order on the kiosks since there are no longer cashiers ready to take your order at the counter. It took 7 minutes for someone to come to the register for us to pay with cash. The employees would look at us, but there was no greeting. No, we'll be with you in a moment, nothing. After 7 minutes, I told my daughter we should just go somewhere else. That's when the employee came to ask if we needed help. We paid cash for our food and waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. The reason I am giving 1 star is because the kiosk ordering is really affecting customer service. The employees hide and wait for someone else to come help out. If you need something, you have to wait for them to pay attention to you. When placing an order on the kiosks and paying cash, there is still a wait time for someone to come take payment. I would rather have cashiers than the machines anyway. This cashless society and taking away the service sector jobs is hurting our country. Let's go back to greeting people when they walk in the door, smile, and take orders. Keep the restaurant clean. The kiosks just make me not want to be a patron at these restaurants. I'd rather my money go to paying someone's wages than a machine.

A Tasty Treat with Room for Improvement I recently indulged in the Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell, and let me tell you—it’s a flavor explosion! 🍕 The crispy crust, zesty sauce, and gooey cheese create a delightful combination that keeps me coming back for more. However, my experience at the drive-thru left a little to be desired. The friendly lady taking my order was polite, but attention to detail seemed to slip through the cracks. I had requested separate bags for condiments due to allergies, but unfortunately, they all ended up in one bag. And the napkins? Well, they were MIA. Despite these hiccups, I’m willing to give Taco Bell another shot. After all, everyone has their off days. Here’s hoping my next visit includes those extra napkins and perfectly separated condiments. 🌮🤞 So, Taco Bell, consider this a friendly nudge: Keep the Mexican Pizzas coming, but pay attention to the little things. Your loyal customers (and their allergies) will thank you! 🙌

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Typically I’ll order dine-in from the little kiosks in the lobby, my typical order being a Crunchwrap Cravings trio with Mtn Dew, substituting the Doritos Taco for a supreme soft taco (which there has never been a charge for). Today I went through the drive thru, as I needed something quick. The cashier could not figure out the substitution, and I was going to be charged an additional $.90 for it, so I asked to just be given a regular soft taco instead. I receive my food and depart. The Crunchwrap itself had no “crunch”, the tostada they typically use to add the crunch was not present, nor was the Crunchwrap closed at all. It was a floppy mess, and not at all something that I could eat on the go. On the plus side, they got my sauces right. Still, definitely would not recommend this location unless you’re dining in.

I usually stop by here regularly on the way to drop my daughter off at school at 1030am. I come here for a quick veggie meal seeing as there are limited options in the area I live in. Well today at 1030 I was told we don’t serve black beans till 11am( mind you I get them almost everyday at the same time). And Frankie (I was told that her name) was willing to sell me regular beans, regular meat and everything else that’s not a vegan option. I say ok no thank you and come back now I’m being helped by a gentleman who takes my order with no problem. He’s also taking my order in previous occasions with no issues. So we get to the window to pay and this Frankie says oh did they order black beans than no they gotta wait ( in her words). Than she comes to the window and says we can give you regular beans and meat because we don’t serves black beans till 1100 (it was 10:58). We say we can just order and wait two minutes she then says oh no we don’t start serving till 11 so it’ll be 15-20 min very aggressive and rude. If the store doesn’t offer vegan options or the employees refuse to serve them than they shouldn’t...

The Taco Bell on Sunnymead Blvd is horrible! I went through the drive thru and with my meal I ordered an unsweetened tea ( can't have the sugar). Well, I find out they sweetened it! So, I'm already at home so I try calling them to let them know their error. Well, I get a busy signal for two hours. Then, suddenly as I try another call I get a fax machine sound. I call the restaurant this morning and after explaining what I went through last night, the supervisor tells me to bring in my receipt and they will reimburse me the cost of the drink! Wow! What kind of business are they running? All business should have a working phone number to reach them. When I informed the supervisor what happened with all my phone calls I tried to make to them, she said, " Oh, that happens alot with our phone system. I said," really, you mean it stays busy for 2 hours and then switches over to a fax machine?" She said it does. I then said,"have you told the owner?" She said, "yes". So, just know that if you call them to report a problem with your food, you won't be able to reach...
