Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box on Saturday, March 15th, at 1:10 a.m. The female employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude when I was just trying to place my order. I was looking for a specific sandwich that wasn’t on the picture menu, and when I asked about it, she quickly listed the ones she saw and dismissed me, saying, “I already named them all.”

I was simply trying to be nice and clarify what I was looking for, but instead of helping, she kept repeating herself with an attitude. When she finally realized what sandwich I was referring to, instead of just acknowledging it, she rudely told me, “Oh yeah, that’s not on the Munchie Meal,” even though it used to be. The way she handled the situation was unnecessary, and it made me feel unwelcome.

We skipped three other Jack in the Box locations to come here because this was our favorite location, even though it’s 17 minutes from our house. We used to come five times a week, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back—not to this location or any Jack in the Box. If this is how customers are treated, I see no reason to continue supporting this business. We chose to leave without ordering and had to back out of the drive-thru because of how unprofessional and rude the service was.

Management seriously needs to address this kind of treatment...

As soon as I walked in, three employees welcomed me. I had left McDonald's on Day St, poor customer service. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and they never got to me so that's when I decided to go Jack in the Box. I will be returning I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like...

DO NOT order from this location. My food was HORRIBLE. I ordered pick up and my food wasn't even ready when I arrived. When I got my food I tasted a fry and it was old and disgusting. I asked for fresh ones then went on home because I couldn't stay any longer. At home I open my food and both my fries and tenders are OVERCOOKED. The fries were overly brown and over salted, and I mean OVER salted. My tenders were HARD and BURNT. Felt like rubber biting into it. I didn't even want to eat it, I called about my order and they won't even do anything about it except replace the tenders and not the fries because I already got them replaced. Like I wanted anything replaced from people who can't cook, I just threw out $15 worth of trash food. I NEVER had an experience like this from Jack n the Box ever in my life....
