This place is the worst store imaginable. I went with my friend who has shopped at Rainbow in San Bernardino in the past with a great experience, but we were by the store in Moreno Valley and she wanted to see what was available.
As she was looking at some shoes at a display, a staff member told her that the shoes on display were not for sale and pointed her to the where the stock supply of shoes were located. After going through what was available, my friend asked one of two staff members if the shoes she was looking at were available in a size 6, the staff member told her the shoe wasnât available in a size 6. My friend continued looking through the available sizes to see what other sizes were available for a possible gift. The staff member repeated that the shoe was not available in a size 6 two additional times. My friend told the staff member that she was looking for other sizes to see if she could purchase them as a gift. The staff member walked away and started snickering and laughing with the other staff member at the front counter.
As my friend moved to other parts of the store, the staff member sarcastically asked if my friend had found a size 6 in the shoes. My friend told her âNoâ, and advised that she wasnât just looking for herself. Then she asked if the staff member was a manager, in which she replied âYesâ.
My friend went to the other staff member in the store and asked if she was a manager, and she also replied that she was a manager, and so was the other staff member. My friend told the second staff member that the other staff member was very rude to her and she was not happy with the way that she was speaking to her.
As my friend started to depart the store, the two staff members were standing together at the store counter. The one staff member called out to my friend and stated sarcastically, âI hope you find a size 6â, as they both laughed at my friend while departing the store.
I was shocked at the treatment by the Rainbow staff members, who were also store managers. I later did a search for the storeâs reviews, and found it amazing that the reviews were similar and very bad. Apparently, Rainbow just doesnât care about the managers or employees at this store. There were no responses or apologies made to any of the previous reviews, showing that this place doesnât care. I guess this is the image that Rainbow likes. Rude and disrespectful treatment to visiting customers. I really hope this place closes down. We donât need a business like this in any local community. They should move this business into a parking lot and sell their stuff out of the trunk of a car. At least you know what kind of service to expect, but that would be disrespectful to people that sell their stuff from a car trying to make an honest living.
We will never return to this location again. Probably never go to any Rainbow and make sure to discourage any friends or family from visiting any Rainbow location...

My husband and I arrived around 9:30 a.m., but the hours in the window showed the store opens at 10 am. So, we left and went to get something to eat, came back at 10:52am and there was a new sign in the window that said "Back at 11am."
My husband called to see if they were opened. An employee answered and said they were not open and that they were going to open at 11 am. Another person who claimed to be a manager came on the phone and started talking as if she were who my husband was speaking to. She didn't announce who she was or anything. Just started talking, and the other person didn't even inform my husband that she was giving someone else the phone. It was like the so-called manager snatched the phone away, as if the employee was a little kid and just started talking. She stated, "we don't have any money," and kept interrupting my husband as he was speaking.
This is the 2nd Rainbow location that I've experienced unprofessional and bad customer service. This company really needs to interview and hire more adequate, capable, and decent people. People who don't mind working. They will never make the money that they can potentially earn, with these rude and ghetto workers.
I tried to give this store another shot at my shopping experience, but that's not going to happen. I'll take my money elsewhere. 3 strikes happened at this store in ONE visit.
Strike 1. Opening at 10 am. (You all should be opening up earlier than 10 am. Losing money to other stores who are opened) Strike 2. Changing your store hours at the last minute. Strike 3. Horrible customer service and management (rude)
I'm giving an additional strike after reading all the bad reviews, and all the owner is doing is apologizing and suggesting people to shop online. (Some people like the retail therapy and to try the clothes on)
I give this store a big...
Read moreI went to this business a couple days ago with my service Dog walked around the store For a while. While I was walking around I saw a dress I liked. Ask one of the employees if she could take it down which took forever for her to come and help she asked me If my dog was a service dog I told her yes proceeded to ask me for papers for my service dog which I told her I did not have to show by law. She proceeded to say That her manager told them to ask for the papers which I told her was illegal and then proceeded To tell me again that she was told by her manager To ask for service papers and that they don't allow pets in the store. Note that I explained to her that my service dog was a service dog and training .... she posted it to say that she was the assistant manager. You would think that they will be trained properly and no that is illegal to ask for service papers... i will post the bottom half for your education................
