Superior Grocers — Local services in Moreno Valley

So we're should I start. This store is the worst store I've been here in Moreno valley. The bakery there is mold on the shelf where they have the flan and the cakes in the cup. The box where they have the bolillo is really dirty and where the vents are is full of trash and dust like they never clean under there. I've seen a girl handle money and then goes pack the bread without washing their hands or using gloves. Seen them drop bread on the floor and put them back on the display case. Also seen them clean their shoes or clothes with the same towel they use to clean the bread trays and counter and they don't switch it out. I've seen customer bring cakes that are spoil. I have seen them just change out the expiration tag on bread and cookies and put them back to sale. And why would they use real roses on cakes that look that they don't even wash them? Don't they know real flowers contain small bugs? Then the men's restroom is really dirty they don't have soap. They always let the homeless go take a bird bath in there. The cleaning person only opens the door and scans the barcode to show they clean it when they don't. I've heard the manager Sal make sexual remarks about employees. The security that's in the evening all he does is stand there checking out the women and young girls instead of doing his job. The other day there was a homeless walking around opening packages eating and leaving everything on shelf's and the security saw him but did nothing he was too busy checking out the girls. Then there are some employees specially cashier's that walk around with an attitude and talking bad about customers. And the meat department is as bad as the bakery. And to top it off the health department gives this store an A looks like they don't do...

One day I went to five different stores ! I have gotten so frustrated ,couldn't find what I needed. I have looked these other stores online and they said they had Birzil Nuts. I continued one from one store to another finding out they didn't have them. Your supposed to order online not in the stores. I was not looking for the superior store but it but it showed up on my phone. I did not have any intentions going there that day. I said forget it. I end up going home. And called it a day. The next day I had to go to Napa Auto Parts. And I seen in corner of my eye the place I didn't want to go to because I never been there before. I said since I'm this far in the superior store is in the same parking lot of NAPA Auto Parts. So I decided to take a detour. And go to that store first. Before Napa Auto Parts. And I found what I was looking for! Brazil nuts. So I bought them. I am so glad that they had them now I know where I can go too. Superior Grocers and get them anytime. Then I found out that Costco has them too. The holiday is coming and I love to bake with them. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Brazil nuts I use around the holidays to bake with. My favorite to do. Especially the Lebanese in Mexican candy that I have recipes for and then it's called for and chocolate chip cookies with Brazil nut Macadamia cookies with Brazil nuts mixed together oh how it ever Does that taste and the breads too. Especially around the holidays. I looked around the store I will be back at the Superior Grocery store to shop. The lady there helped me find them right away very nice people in the atmosphere was great and the whole store was so clean. Everything was stocked up on the shells...

The cashier lady was very rude and has no attitude to attend to people. I asked her to make a return about WIC products that were charged as regular products by another cashier that when he ended his shift he left, So I tried to explain to the cashier lady why I wanted to do a return and what had happened, I want to clarify that some products were not eligible for wic but I did not know that, and that’s why I tried to explain to her about my return and she started talking to me since the beginning with a loud and rude voice tone so she started asking me questions about the purchase, and when I try respond what she was asking to me, she literally told me to shut up , so she can continue talking and started explaining to me about the receipt with a bad manner, I never raised my voice for her to talk to me that way I didn’t even answer to her because I felt attacked at that moment, so I just waited for the return of my money, said thank you and retired, but is the last time I go...
