Office Depot — Local services in Moreno Valley

Don’t come here. Me and my mother went to get copies for some important documents and we were snubbed upon entering when we asked for help. The balding dude at the cash register didn’t even bother looking up when he told us where to go. And that was only the start to this wonderful store.

When we got to the copy section, we waited 30 mins to get help, and when we did, a rude guy ignored us for five minutes. He wasn’t with any customers. When I asked to please make some copies.he snatched the papers out of my hands and slammed the copy machine shut. He kept making faces of contempt and disgust because of the color of our skin and my mom doesn’t speak perfect english. Our copies did not come out well.

When my mom paid in cash, not only did he give her more change in coins than bills, he shoved the receipt in her hand and dropped the coins on the countertop before giving us a sneer and walking away.

Do NOT ask for help with anyone in this store, especially the dirty blonde haired employee with blue eyes in the copy section. He lacks the common decency to treat people with respect and he definitely doesn’t care if he gets fired. Don’t even come here at all, the manager clearly doesn’t have this store...

I utilized the curbside option for picking up my copies of my resume and cover letter. It was a very easy process. A young man brought it out to me however I wasnt expecting 2 sided resume/cover letter. So, I ended up getting out anyways.

Upon entry I go straight to that department where Cole has 1 and 1 in line, so I hop in line. This guy spoke Spanish so working in the auto industry I feel the struggle. He helped the next guy with his quick fax job. I waited for my turn.

Before I could even finish my concern he explained I was given the wrong ones, and he had them ready right behind where he was sitting. There was no extra fee, no hassle whatsoever. And I went on about dropping my resume lol. Thank you Cole you saved the day and deserve a raise, you're the reason this review isn't negative in any way. 🤗 this location...

Came into store today needed a file printed from my phone needed some assistance two male workers were standing around throwing a pencil at each other laughing joking asked them if I could get some help they looked at me and proceeded to talk to each other so I walked away while a guy named marquis came and asked me and my wife if we needed help he got me in and out of their within a couple minutes and helped me the whole way thru you need more people like him THANK YOU MARQUIS FOR THE ASSISTANCE WOULD COME BACK TO THE STORE ONLY BECAUSE HES THE ONE WHO MADE OUR VISIT FAST AND EFFICIENT 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼...
